Segems African Glass Beads is made from glass by the Ashanti and Krobo people from the Krobo region in Ghana. The craft is often base on family traditions that are passed down to generations. The bead is about a centimeter or more or 10 to 15 millimeter in size and the strand is made of 36 pcs weighing about 10.2oz. The African Glass Beads is also known as Trade Beads and is fair trade to help benefit the local communities.
